Sustainability
Sustainable design is a founding principle of every design commission undertaken by The Buchan Group. Our commitment to ESD is embodied in our research and ongoing training programs, and in our built work. A significant number of our leaders and staff are qualified Green Star Accredited Professionals and First Rate Assessors.
Our list of rated sustainable projects is extensive and covers a range of building types, assessed under the ratings scheme of the country of origin. In projects where formal ratings are not sought, we incorporate sustainable principles and products wherever possible, as a matter of course.
