Highpoint Shopping Centre Southern Extension MARIBYRNONG, VIC
Two new streets of externalised, large format retailing were created for the $50 M Southern Extension of Melbourne's Highpoint Shopping Centre. Four new precincts were introduced, including 60 new specialty shops over two levels, a new food court and a large, landscaped 'piazza' with artwork. Branding for the two streets, directional signage and a pylon sign at the entry to South End were included in the graphics package designed by The Buchan Group. The development by Highpoint Property Group was completed in 2006.
