The design for this boutique apartment development on the Kings Park hillside of Perth maximizes panoramic views of the Swan and Canning rivers. The $3.5M project comprises four apartments, each occupying an entire level. High quality finishes are a feature of the apartments and ground floor lobby. Generous balconies on the south facade feature full length, frameless glass balustrading to ensure uninterrupted river views. The project was completed in 2005.
