The Palms Shopping Centre CHRISTCHURCH, NZ
The redevelopment and expansion of The Palms Shopping Centre in the Christchurch suburb of Shirley has given the Centre a food, fashion and entertainment focus, creating a point of difference for Christchurch consumers.
The development comprises new external food and entertainment environments that match the internal retail specialty and major store culture. It has substantially increased retail sales and created a major property investment for its owners.
The project was awarded the Property Council of New Zealand's 2004 Retail Solutions Retail Property Excellence Award.
