Watergardens Town Centre TAYLORS LAKES, VICTORIA
A $150 M development by QIC expresses the essence of the true Town Centre. It has created a synergistic relationship between the existing centre, public transport, main road links, Taylors Creek and new retail, entertainment, leisure and civic uses.
A new mall anchored by Safeway and Big W has 100 new specialty retailers, adding 25 000 m² of new retail space. A vibrant Town Square and the new $5 M, Council-owned Sydenham Library are is also part of the project.
The Watergardens Town Centre development opened in April 2007.
