BG+E Offices PERTH, WA

An abandoned 1930s warehouse at 484 Murray Street, Perth, has been adaptively redeveloped to provide a cost-effective, dynamic office for consulting engineers BG+E. The 1200 m² office was achieved without alteration to the existing shell and structure, with a second tenancy being created to lease separately until required for future expansion.

The project was completed in 2005. The Buchan Group received the City of Perth Heritage Award for Adaptation of a Heritage Place for the project.
