The principal elements of this development by ISPT are a new, 11-storey office building on the corner of Collins and Market Streets, a new 2-storey building on the corner of Collins and William Streets, an A-grade transformation of the existing 22-storey office building to the south of the site incorporating new facades and building services, an arrival forecourt at Collins Street level that unifies all three buildings of the development, and a new glass-covered retail 'laneway' at a lower level directly connecting William and Market Streets in an east/west direction.
