CFSM Offices CHADSTONE, VIC
The new corporate headquarters for Colonial First State Property Management expresses the quality which is the hallmark of CFSPM's retail properties. Located at Chadstone Shopping Centre, the low profile, 5000 m² office was designed to sit discreetly above the David Jones department store. The project comprises a glazed ground level lift lobby and a single level of office space arranged around a central courtyard. The project was completed in 2005.
