Lvl.5, 150 St Georges Terrace PERTH, WA
The fitout of 450 m² of the fifth floor of a 1970 office building called for the creation of a contemporary space where several co-located companies could share reception, a board room and some support services while maintaining privacy and separation. The design delivered a crisp interior of high quality, natural materials with minimal colour. Vista-driven circulation maximises views for staff and directors, while artworks highlight spatial arrangements. The refurbishment for Vietnam Industrial Investments and Phoenix Properties International was completed in 2004.
