ANA Towers SURFERS PARADISE, QLD
A 60-storey tower has been designed for the Raptis Group for a site in Surfers Paradise. A 5-star motel will occupy the lower 20 floors, with residential apartments above. Stage 1 of the $130 M project includes a substantial upgrade of the adjacent Holiday Inn, which is now complete. The project is due to be completed in 2011.
