The Acacia Apartments at Northcote Plaza is the first significant residential development in Melbourne to integrate with a shopping centre and a major urban park. The 10-storey development is located above a new Public Piazza which provides a link between All Nations Park and the shopping centre. The project comprises 90 apartments, 96 basement car spaces and public artwork in the Piazza. It was completed in November 2010.
