This A$500M development is the largest project currently under construction in Tokyo. The project comprises a 21-level office tower, seven levels of
retail floor space and a three-level, covered civic amphitheatre. The 45 000m² NLA office tower links to adjacent retail and events spaces. The 50 000m² NLA retail centre will be anchored by entertainment and sports facilities at the upper levels and a large food court at ground level.
Diver City Tokyo is scheduled to open in the Japanese spring of 2012.
