The new corporate headquarters for CFSGAM is located at Chadstone Shopping Centre. The low profile, 5 000m² office was designed by The Buchan Group to sit discreetly above the David Jones department store. The project comprises a glazed ground level lift lobby and a single level of office space. A feature of the project is a large central courtyard, which brings abundant natural light to interior spaces.
