The design of the 362-room EuroAsia Heritage Hotel in Melbourne created a new hotel with magnificent heritage features within two historic buildings: the former Commercial Travellers Association building and the adjacent Commerce House. Four new floors were added to Commerce House, bringing it to the same height as the CTA building. The original entrances and gracious public spaces were restored and enhanced, including the ornate ceilings, columns and stairways, and a magnificent mosaic floor.
