The Hilton Surfers Paradise Hotel & Residences project is located on the key site of the old Dolphin Arcade and contributes significantly to the connection of the city's collection of active public spaces, pedestrian links and view corridors. The Buchan Group's architectural and interior design incorporates residential, commercial offices, entertainment, dining and retail components.
Construction of the $700M landmark project was completed in late 2011. It was built by Brookfield Multiplex Constructions.
