This $150M development by Leda Holdings is divided into two precincts, with a traditional retail offer anchoring the Western Precinct that links via extension of the mall to a large format and brand direct offer in the Eastern Precinct. The 56 250m² centre is highly externalized, with significant open public space. Graphics by The Buchan Group complement the architecture and make use of historic references and building materials.
The project was completed in 2007.
