This $120M luxury residential development comprises 54 apartments ranging from 135m² to 465m². The design features a sail-like glazed facade to St Kilda Road with operable glass louvers, creating full width winter gardens. A business centre, residents' gallery, gym, pool and basement parking are included in the project. Lucient was completed in 2008.
