This $63M development comprises two towers of 21 and 27 levels, with a total of 174 apartments. A ground floor podium at the base of the towers has commercial and retail uses. An existing church was retained and is adjacent to a 2000m² landscaped public plaza at street level. All apartments have been designed to afford views across the Broadwater. The project was completed in 2005.
