The Brighton Hotel Precinct Redevelopment is a significant refurbishment and revitalization of an important local landmark area situated within the historic heart of Mandurah. Pivotal to the project's success are the new plaza, which has a relatively urbanised character, and the historic refurbished Brighton Hotel, which forms the centrepiece of the plaza.
Nearing completion is the One Brighton apartment building, for Cape Bouvard Investments. The $50M project is a semi-organic form inspired by the maritime location. It has a stepped height and is essentially two buildings with individual cores, attached in the centre. The entry forecourt incorporates landscaped public open spaces, reflection ponds and sculptures. Communal amenities include a swimming pool and gym.
All apartments enjoy exceptional views of Mandurah, the estuaries and coastline.
