The design of this $60M project maximizes the strength of the tropical waterfront location and is sensitive to the environmental requirements of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority.
When completed, the staged development will comprise 158 apartments providing a 4½ to 5-star standard of accommodation in varying configurations. There is also a marina, restaurant, health spa, conference facilities and swimming pools, including a central lagoon.
Stages 1 and 2 of Peppers Blue on Blue opened in 2007.
