The $200M Victoria Point development at Melbourne's Docklands comprises a 44-storey tower of 448 residential apartments, a podium building of 105 Quest serviced apartments, a 9-storey office building, and 2000m² of retail, cafes and restaurants. The Buchan Group was the principal architect, working in association with dKO Architecture and Thomson Adsett & Partners. Construction was by Multiplex and the project was completed in 2006.
