The new Members' Grandstand comprises five levels of seating, wagering, dining and beverage service, corporate lounges and service facilities catering to different needs and expectations of patrons. The flexibility of the design allows interior spaces to be reconfigured for non-race day use.
The $46M development by the Victoria Racing Club opened in 2000. It received the Architecture Award, Commercial Category, in the RAIA 2001 Victorian Architecture Awards and the Property Council of Australia (Victoria Division) 2002 Award.
