Stockland Birtinya was awarded an Excellence in Design Award at the Property Council of Australia Queensland Retail Property Awards on Friday night.

Sustainability measures are embedded throughout the 5 Star Green Star rated development, which features solar panels, rainwater harvesting and reuse, energy efficient building design and end of trip facilities among other sustainability measures.
