Crown Group’s community-focused development Eastlakes Live has been granted approval to increase the size of its shopping and residential offering. Comprising of up to 490 residential units and a shopping centre which will feature up to 80 restaurants, cafes, shops and supermarkets, the updated plans for Eastlakes Live are also supported by greater landscaping, traffic improvements and more carparks to best cater to the needs of new and existing residents.
With placemaking at the heart of our approach to retail design, mixed-use zones – such as entertainment, dining and outdoor precincts – will blur the boundaries between the retail environment and the neighbourhood at large. By conceptualising retail spaces that enhance the consumer experience and activate street frontages, the updated design offers both residents and the broader community a unique, human-centric destination.
