Buchan’s Zuccoli Plaza has taken out the top gong for the Commercial Architecture category in the 2018 Australian Institute of Architects Northern Territory Awards.
Zuccoli Plaza is designed as a vibrant community retail hub located in the heart of a new Northern Territory master-planned suburb, Zuccoli at Palmerston. The defining architectural concept is the creation of a village plaza which connects, integrates, and extends the adjoining park into the surrounding parkland.
Buchan provided master-planning, architectural, interior, graphics branding and signage design services to the project.
Winners progress to the National Architecture Awards to be announced in November.
