Belmont Forum Shopping Centre has been nominated in the ‘Best Shopping Centre Development’ category at the 2020 Property Council of Australia / Rider Levett Bucknall Innovation & Excellence Awards.
The nomination continues a great month for Belmont Forum, with the centre also recently taking out the top spot in the Shopping Centre News Australia ‘Little Guns’ ranking. The centre received an impressive MAT of $385 million, an increase of 12.5% from the prior year.
Since opening in the 1960’s, Belmont Forum Shopping Centre has proven its staying power by keeping up-to-date with the changing needs and expectations of its customers. This includes the recent transformation of its food court into a fresh and contemporary family-friendly dining space that complements the offer of the new signature fresh food precinct and the opening of a casual dining precinct along Belmont Avenue.
