Gold Coast icon Harbour Town Premium Outlets is celebrating a milestone of 20 years as Australia’s largest outlet shopping centre this month. Its unwavering popularity has led to four major expansions, transforming the street-scaped precinct into a contemporary and renowned destination.
Buchan have worked in close collaboration with the owners since its inception to provide architecture, interior design and brand experience services for the original development and all major refurbishments. Completed most recently was the exciting new Harbour Town Eats, a casual dining precinct which celebrates the sub-tropical location with an intricately landscaped spine and a framework of cantilevered awnings.
