Last week Home Consortium celebrated the opening of two newly redeveloped centres – Hawthorn East (pictured) and Keysborough Victoria – welcoming more than 10,000 people through its doors across both locations.
Prioritising convenience and simplicity, the streamlined design draws on a refined warehouse / industrial aesthetic, providing an exciting new offer within the local retail landscape.
Buchan was engaged to provide architecture and interior design services for both the Hawthorn East and Keysborough Victoria centres, and have ongoing involvement in numerous other HomeCo sites including Ballarat, Cairns, Coffs Harbour, Richlands and Roxburgh Park.
The opening of the centres’ contributed to a great week for HomeCo, which culminated with a ‘Developer of the Year’ recognition at the Large Format Retail Association Awards on Thursday evening.
