As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to cause unrest across the globe, it has been encouraging to hear stories about the recovery of the property market and return to day-to-day normalcy across much of China from our Shanghai Studio Manager and Associate Vincent Chi:
“Our Shanghai team have been back in the studio and fully operational since 24 February, and are seeing an influx of projects – both new and old – in progress since our return. Major cities such as Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, and Guangzhou have mostly returned to business as usual, with travel between cities underway and retail operators opening their doors to eager shoppers. We are optimistic about the path forward in the wake of the pandemic, as we all adjust to the ‘new normal’.”
