M-City, the newest gateway to Melbourne’s south-east, will celebrate the launch of their retail precinct tomorrow with the opening of its first two major tenants, Kmart Australia Limited and Woolworths Supermarkets.
With a strong commitment to the health and safety of its visitors, and to the long-term success of their retailers, the retail space will enable safe social distancing and continue to do so as new tenants open their doors to the Monash community.
Embodying the movement towards urban decentralisation, the wider M-City mixed-use development will offer residential apartments, hotel accommodation and commercial spaces on top of the retail and entertainment facilities, envisioning 4,000 people working, living and staying there on a daily basis once complete.
