Capitaland’s word-class retail destination Raffles City Chongqing has brought home a win at the Retail and Leisure International (RLI) Awards in the International Shopping Centre category.
Featuring over 400 stores set across a 230,000m² podium, the centre is a mecca for shoppers. Keeping customers comfortable and well-orientated was key to the design and was achieved through the creation of unique precincts supported by feature atriums and landmark gallerias to capitalise on viewlines and give visitors a sense of place.
