Sydney’s south-west community have been offered a sense of the ‘New Roselands’ with the unveiling of ‘The Markets’. Redesigned to offer shoppers an authentic fresh food experience, ‘The Markets’ is the first of the specialty areas to open.
The $90 million upgrade is set to transform the existing centre into a new community-focused, dining and fresh food destination. The playful design pays reverence to local vendors by visibly incorporating their stories through tenancy signage and public displays, forging a link between the destination’s rich history and the new lively and modern design.
With ongoing involvement in the evolution of Roselands, Buchan is providing architectural services for this significant project on behalf of our client, Vicinity Centres.
