Attended by more than 500 guests from international enterprises, multinational groups and architectural associations, the Wanda First Commercial Planning Summit Forum in Shanghai is an important event in the Shanghai property industry calendar. Vincent Chi from Buchan’s Shanghai studio was pleased to present on some of Buchan’s exemplary retail projects, including Westfield London, Vanke Qingpu in Shanghai, and the upcoming Raffles City development in Chongqing which will be opening soon. His presentation also encompassed the social value of the shopping centre, exploring what makes a successful retail development.
