The $385M redevelopment of the former Harris Scarfe site creates a link between the Rundle Mall retail precinct and the Grenfell Street commercial area.
Comprising of four integrated levels, the centre features 70 speciality shops and a contemporary food court which are anchored by a full-line Coles supermarket. Facilitating customer circulation was a key consideration of the design and was achieved through a centrally linked atrium space and intuitive signage and wayfinding designed by Buchan.
